PHAGY was officially launched with a bold vision: to build an economic system designed to evolve through progressive decentralization, strategic supply reduction, and future community governance. SECURITY BREACH EVENT
One day after launch, a vulnerability compromised one of the project's operational wallets. As a result, a portion of the tokens that had not yet been distributed were sold by an unauthorized third party, disrupting the planned development for the initial stage. The incident clearly demonstrated that the initial infrastructure did not meet the high security standards that PHAGY required for its long-term sustainability and growth as a decentralized autonomous organization.
PROJECT FULL RESTRUCTURING PLAN
Instead of continuing on a compromised infrastructure, the decision was made to halt development entirely and rebuild the project from the ground up. During this process, the entire architecture of PHAGY was redesigned. Key changes include: • New token contract implementation. • New operational wallet structure. • New supply distribution model. • New staged locking strategy via timelocks. • Full review of project tokenomics. • Update of all official documentation. The goal was no longer just to relaunch the project. The objective became to build a version that is significantly more secure, transparent, and prepared for the long term, ensuring the integrity of the ecosystem for all participants.

The new architecture incorporates multiple improvements designed to strengthen security and increase system transparency. Among them: • Mint Authority permanently revoked. • Freeze Authority permanently revoked. • 79.5 million PHAGY secured via public timelocks. • Separation of functions through independent wallets. • Fully verifiable on-chain distribution. • Architecture designed to progressively reduce reliance on a central authority. Each of these measures can be publicly verified on the blockchain, ensuring accountability for the entire community.
COMMUNITY TRUST COMMITMENT
Holders affected by the security incident were not ignored. PHAGY incorporated a compensation plan aimed at reintegrating those who participated during the first launch phase. Compensations will be executed transparently as part of Phase 1 and can be verified publicly on the ledger to ensure fairness and trust.

After more than a month of reconstruction, PHAGY begins a new chapter. The project returns with a completely renovated infrastructure, a fixed supply of 100,000,000 PHAGY, critical authorities revoked, a more transparent distribution, and a system designed to evolve progressively. Throughout the reconstruction process, several measures were implemented to strengthen the system's security and transparency:
• Critical authorities revoked (Mint Authority, Freeze Authority, and Update Authority).
• Initial liquidity created and LP permanently burned.
• Timelocks configured for all scheduled allocations.
• Operational distribution reorganized with dedicated wallets for each system function.

STREAMFLOW UPDATE
During the deployment of the new timelocks, a change in Streamflow's fee structure was identified.
Unlike previous implementations, the platform charged a fee in PHAGY for creating the timelock contracts, reducing the number of tokens available for the operational allocation.
As a result, the Stage 1 allocation was recalculated and reorganized while preserving the system's integrity, without changing the total supply or the established roadmap.
All timelocks were successfully created, and their unlock schedules remain unchanged.
The documentation and operational distribution have been updated to reflect these adjustments.
Transparency also means documenting every change, even when its impact is minimal.

SUPPLY COMPENSATION THROUGH THE BURN OF 402,500 PHAGY
A permanent burn of 402,500 PHAGY was executed, removing from the supply the same number of tokens that had been used as the operational fee during the deployment of PHAGY's timelocks through Streamflow.
The burn was carried out using tokens from the Strategic Distribution allocation, preserving PHAGY's originally designed tokenomics and compensating for the introduction of those tokens into the circulating supply.

402,500 PHAGY permanently removed from the supply.
